Seller guidelines

LOOP Collective is a discovery platform. We showcase your products; customers contact you directly; you run your own business.

Who can join

Independent Pakistani small businesses, makers, artists and creators. Every application is reviewed by our team, and we may decline or remove any application or listing at our discretion.

What you can list

Products you make, design or curate yourself, shown with your own real photos.
Accurate names, prices in PKR and descriptions. If a piece is customised, say so and give a starting price.
Honest availability — mark pieces sold out or made to order when that's the case.

What isn't allowed

Counterfeit, copied or trademark-infringing products, or photos taken from other brands.
Illegal, unsafe or adult products, weapons, medicines or anything restricted by Pakistani law.
Misleading claims about materials, origin, size or delivery times.

Orders, payment and delivery

Customers contact you on WhatsApp or Instagram. You agree the price, payment method, delivery and returns with them directly, and you are responsible for fulfilling every order and handling customer service. LOOP does not process payments for Collective listings, is not a party to your sale, and does not guarantee sales or income.

Reports and removal

Customers can report a listing. We review reports and may unpublish listings or suspend sellers who break these guidelines or receive repeated complaints.

Privacy notice

When you apply, we collect your name, brand name, email, WhatsApp number, city, category, social link, brand description and product photos. We use this only to review your application, contact you about it, and — if approved — set up your creator profile.

Your application, email and photos are private and visible only to the LOOP team.
Your WhatsApp number and city appear publicly only if you choose to share them.
Your brand name, logo, brand story, product listings and social links appear on your public profile once approved.
We don't sell your information. To update or delete your details, email team@shoploopx.com.
